Felony arrests

Weapons — Jacob Steven Emerson, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Emerson Tuesday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree trespassing and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Assault — Mac Frederick McClintick, 44, of the 800 block of Narregan Street, Medford. Medford police arrested McClintick Tuesday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and coercion, and on a misdemeanor cahrge of interfering with police. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Criminal Mischief — Timothy John Bradford, 35, no known address. On Wednesday, Bradford made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Medford police originally arrested Bradford Tuesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, interfering with police and resisting arrest. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.

Sexual Abuse — Giovanni Clemons, 31, of the 300 block of Sutter Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Clemons Wednesday on seven felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was held in jail Wednesday on $1.75 million bail.

Burglary — Breana Tye Peck, 37, of the 3400 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Peck Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor contempt of court charge for violating a restraining order. She was held in jail Wednesday on $12,500 bail.
